The new year is upon us and Beckwith Ranch is taking reservations for weddings, anniversary parties, family unions and birthday parties.

Whether you are a local couple or a couple looking for a destination wedding our goal is to offer a uniquely beautiful location for couples seeking a reasonable option for their special day. Couples may want a large lavish wedding or something more intimate surrounded by close friends and family. Beckwith is just one of the many choices a wedding couple should consider.

So how we do manage to provide this amazing location within a reasonable budget. Our approach is to cater to small events while providing the Renter(s) with a unique historical location and spectacular views. We provide the option for the future couple to have an amazing location while also being conscience of their investment and future.

Each renter(s) agrees to the DIY (Do It Yourselves) approach providing additional items, decorating, photography, music, food, and additional equipment needed. Beckwith allows the renter(s) access to the property to decorate, setup, have their event, followed by the tear down and cleanup. Below is what Beckwith provides according to the size of the event.

Number of Guests Fee
Indoor – Up to 35 Guests This event also allows use of the area behind the mansion $1500.00
Outdoor - Up to 51 to 100 Guests $2000.00

							

Amenities for Indoor Events – (35 Guests) The following amenities are provided to the event renters as part of their rental fee:

Amenities
  • Parking for 50
  • Access to public restroom
  • One outdoor trash bin (small)
  • Tables and Chairs for up to 50 guests (Beckwith can provide 8 6ft tables and 50 chairs)
  • Dance Floor/stage: access to (27) 4’ x 12’ connecting panels to customize your dance floor or stage to desired size
  • Access to electrical and water
  • WIFI access to Wedding Party
  • Choice of multiple locations for wedding ceremony
  • Use of Kitchen
  • Option – for cleanup. Guests can conduct their own clean up after their event or elect to have Beckwith provide the service for a fee of $500.00.

DIY – Any item not listed above is the responsibility of the renter to provide.


							


							

Amenities for Outdoor Events – (Guests 32 -100) The following amenities are provided to the event renters as part of their rental fee:

Amenitiets
  • Parking for 50 cars
  • Access to the public restroom and two Porta Potties
  • One outdoor trash bin
  • Tables and Chairs - 8 -eight-foot tables, 50 chairs
  • Dance Floor/stage: access to (27) 4’ x 12’ connecting panels to customize your dance floor or stage to desired size.
  • Access to electrical and water
  • WIFI access to Wedding Party
  • Choice of multiple locations for wedding ceremony
  • Wedding party will have access to the house for dressing and pictures only
  • Option – for cleanup. Guests can conduct their own clean up after their event or elect to have Beckwith provide the service for a fee of $500.00
